2.    Clear and Honest Loan Terms: We guarantee that loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options will be explained thoroughly before you agree to the loan.

3.    Secure and Insured Asset Storage: We guarantee that your collateral will be securely stored and insured for double the loan value by Lloyd’s of London Insurance. Your asset will remain untouched and in the exact condition it was in when brought to us.

4.    Adherence to the Pawn Ticket Agreement: We guarantee to uphold and follow all the terms outlined in your pawn ticket agreement to ensure transparency and compliance with our contractual obligations.

Resolution Options

If you feel we have not met these guarantees, you may request:

•    A review of your asset appraisal.

•    An adjustment or clarification of loan terms if miscommunication occurred.

•    Resolution of any concerns regarding the condition, storage, or insurance of your asset.

If we determine that an error was made on our part, any accrued interest and service fees related to the transaction will be waived as part of our commitment to fairness.

Limitations and Exclusions

This Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply under the following conditions:

1.    Borrower’s Change of Mind: Dissatisfaction due to regret or a change of mind after agreeing to the loan terms.

2.    Defaulted Loans: Claims made on loans that are in default or where repayment terms have not been honored.

3.    Misrepresentation: Claims based on assets that were misrepresented, counterfeit, or failed to meet the stated condition.

4.    Normal Market Fluctuations: Concerns related to changes in market value after the loan terms were accepted.

5.    Abuse of Guarantee: Claims without reasonable cause or evidence of a specific issue related to the appraisals, loan terms, asset storage, or insurance coverage.

•    Adjusting the loan terms if an error occurred during the agreement process.

•    Ensuring your asset is returned in its original condition if storage issues arise.

•    Facilitating claims through Lloyd’s of London Insurance in the event of loss or damage.

•    Waiving accrued interest and service fees if a proven error occurred during the transaction.
