Shipping Guidelines for

To safeguard the process, we provide all out-of-state clients with a free, fully insured, and certified overnight shipping label for secure shipment. For clients outside of New York, here’s what you can expect during the lending process:
- We partner with FedEx.
- Clients receive a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label.
- Items must be double-boxed (placing one box inside another) for maximum protection.
- Use bubble wrap, tissue paper, or foam padding to prevent movement during transit.
- Package your items privately at home or in your vehicle, not at a carrier location, to maintain discretion.
- Do not include any mention of the contents or use words related to jewelry or luxury assets on the package to avoid attracting attention.
- Attach the provided shipping label to the outer box.
- Drop off the package at a carrier location, have it scanned, and obtain a receipt (packages cannot be placed in drop-boxes).
- Insurance coverage is activated once you receive a shipping receipt.
All packages are opened under video surveillance for security purposes.
Once we receive your asset(s), our team will complete the evaluation and finalize your loan offer. Funds can be wired to your bank account the same day we receive your item.
